When you make a booking through Wovri, you enter into an agreement with the respective travel provider (airline, hotel, tour operator, etc.), not Wovri directly.
Each provider has its own cancellation and refund rules, which apply to your booking.

Wovri serves as an intermediary to help process your request and communicate with the provider on your behalf.

a. Flexible Bookings

Some listings on Wovri are marked as “Flexible”. These allow:

Once the request is submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an update on refund eligibility.
